          Introduction of CS catalytic cracking nozzles

              In China today, the total capacity of fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) reaches 150Mt/a; FCC provide 70% gasoline and more than 30% diesel in Chinese market
              In China refineries, the residue oil fluid catalytic cracking (RFCC) began in 1970s. At present, both the total capacity of residue oil and the residue oil blending ratio processed in China RFCC units are the greatest in amount in the world. In other words, the China FCC units processed the most poor crude oil in the three decades.
              The performance of feedstock nozzles play a vital role in RFCC/FCC unit.
              Due to the poor quality of the crude oil in China, till now only 4 units use imported nozzles which all process very light oil.  The native feedstock nozzles are widely used in China FCC units in the past decades.
              Our CS feedstock nozzle is the outcome of cooperation with China top universities as well as engineering design companies. It has been used in more than 140 China FCC/RFCC units(in all, there are over 200 refineries in China), increasing the liquid yield (the total yields of Gasoline, LPG and Diesel) over 0.30% than other local brands.
              For refineries, using our CS nozzles is undoubtedly a preferred project of less investment and higher profitability.





          Application effects:
          1.Increase the desirable product: Intensify the mixing of catalysts with feedstock in riser reactor; the liquid yield (the total yields of Gasoline, LPG and Diesel)  increase at least 0.3%
          2.Decrease undesirable product: Coking in riser decrease evidently, so that the on-stream period of the units can be prolonged
          3.Low spray velocity at the nozzle exit: the spray velocity is lower than 65m/s, decrease the breakup of catalysts notably
          4.Low atomizing steam consumption: For RFCC units, the atomizing steam is less than 5%(wt); for usual FCC units, the atomizing steam is less than 3%(wt)
          5.Low energy consumption: the total pressure drop is no more than 0.4 Mpa
          6.High adaptability: Can be operated in high efficiency even if under the condition of the residue oil blending ratio 100%
          7.High operational flexibility: Can be operated in high efficiency under the condition of 60%~130% design flowrate
          8.High reliability: Can be used in high efficiency over 5years in overseas refineries.
